We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, role), company and case information you enter, documents you upload for AI-assisted extraction, and communications you send us. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to operate and improve the platform.
Your information is used to provide the PERM preparation service: filling forms, tracking cases, processing documents, cross-referencing public Department of Labor data, and communicating with you about your cases. We do not sell your personal information.
Documents you upload are processed by AI services to classify, translate, and extract data solely for the purpose of preparing your PERM materials. Uploaded files are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users on your cases per our role-based security model.
Case data is shared only with the parties you connect to a case (your company, your worker/beneficiary, or your attorney). We may disclose information when required by law. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve the platform.
PERM regulations require supporting documentation to be retained for at least five years after filing. We retain case records accordingly unless you request earlier deletion of data not subject to retention requirements.
We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and authentication safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting support@permsusa.ai.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
