PERMsUSA.ai is a software platform that assists companies, workers, and immigration attorneys in preparing PERM labor certification applications and related materials. PERMsUSA.ai is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Use of this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship or any attorney-client confidentiality. All content, workflows, checklists, and FAQs are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and do not guarantee eligibility or approval of any application.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide, for reviewing all generated forms before filing, and for complying with all Department of Labor and USCIS requirements. For legal advice regarding your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
The platform charges a flat fee per PERM case as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Government filing fees, advertising costs, and attorney fees (if you engage an attorney) are separate and are not collected by PERMsUSA.ai unless expressly stated.
The platform, its software, design, and content are owned by PERMsUSA.ai and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for preparing your own cases.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY APPLICATION PREPARED WITH THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCEPTED, CERTIFIED, OR APPROVED BY ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PERMsUSA.ai's total liability arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you paid for the case giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Document retention obligations survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
